Dear you,

It’s ok to feel blah some days. It happens to the best of us.

Sometimes we like to think that we’re so super that we don’t need to feel.

But the reality is that we’re all human and you’re entitled to have down moments…

Moments’s where you feel like the ground is sucking you in and you don’t know if you’ll get out. Or where emotions seem to be raging from one end of the spectrum to another and it’s just an emotional rollercoaster.

Just dwell with it. Let it sit for a minute.

After all, they say that acknowledgment is always the first step to healing.

So do that.

Acknowledge, identify, then eliminate.

Then you can move on and let it go.
